Glitz & Glam

Hello everybody!

We have had a recent injection of all things Glitz and Glam since last week's blog post - as you can see in these snapshots of our Lakeside store, a few of our shelves have been filled ever so beautifully with crystal cut tea light holders, gem adorned vases in various sizes and loads more sparkly gifts and glass home accessories, each hand picked with our customers taste in mind. We love the elegance of these new products (and still at extremely affordable prices) and think they would look outstanding in any home - especially at Christmas and other special occasions and parties. 

 

Our ever-popular vases are back in stock, which are made with a crackled effect glass and finished with a gem encrusted silver trim around the top edge. These come in three sizes - large which has been designed with a flat stand up base, a "fishbowl" style and a smaller version of this style too. These are perfect for holding flowers or tea-light candles and using as display/centre pieces.

Talking of tea-light candles, our stunning range of tea-light holders vary from single to triple crystal cut stands, wall hanging tea-light features with surrounding mirrored edges, fantastic butterfly stands encased with gems as well as some "home" and "love" stands too.

Please note many of our glass items are available in stores only due to their fragile-ness (is that a word?) - also these photos don't do these products justice - visit one of our stores to experience this elegance!

The Goings On In Flutterbyes - September Update

Hello everybody!

We hope you are all feeling fine and dandy and having a lovely day :)

We're getting so excited here in Flutterbyes as we make space for gorgeous new products (including a few Christmassy gifts too might I add!). Pop in stores or online here to see our last chance sale items which are now very limited and flying through the door (honestly, check out the bargains, there are canvases for £2 among lots of other fantastic deals!).

We have a small selection of Christmas products now in stores including some fantastic signs and candles scented so beautifully with cinnamon and spiced apple, and cranberry and orange - I can't wait for the Autumn to light one in the evening and surround myself with that warm aroma... mmm...

Flutterbyes are currently entered for two awards, which we would greatly appreciate if you would take a minute to vote for us. Going To Uni - Home Touches

So you're going to uni soon, and you have a whole mix of emotions. Part of you is buzzing with excitement whilst another part is a bag of nerves, packing up your life for a whole new adventure. By now you already have a long list full of the important necessities you must take with you when you go, including enough underwear to last for weeks and as many clothes as you can fit in your bag.

There are other things that perhaps you haven't even thought about yet. Maybe you don’t want to admit it to anyone just yet, but it's guaranteed: you are going to miss home at some point sooner or later. You are going to want your family, a hug or a familiar face. So, you absolutely need to have nice homey things that remind you of your loved ones.

 The last set of items shared with you here today are a must have. There's nothing like having a brand new bag to take with you on your brand new adventure.
